On September 8, 2015, our entire family, began a different kind of journey. One that has changed our lives substantially… a new, healthier way of eating! You see we were fat. Really, really fat. The journey began with a lot of research. And a summer of mentally preparing for a complete change in the way we dealt with food. Originally, we thought it was just going to be Jim and me, but it didn’t take long for our sons… James and George… to join in.
Today, I am happy to say, the entire family has lost over 350 lbs!
Honestly, it still astonishes me. We are completely different people than we were when we started. Not just smaller but stronger, more active, happier and healthier.
